The backstory
We run a real agency with real agents across 49 states. We grew from a handful of agents to over 70 — and the whole time, we were duct-taping together spreadsheets, dialers, CRMs, and carrier portals that didn’t talk to each other.
We lost policies because we didn’t know payments were failing. We lost leads because we couldn’t call them fast enough. We lost agents because we couldn’t train them properly.
So we built the thing we needed. Then we realized every agency needs it.
The team
We’re a small team of agents and engineers who got tired of building workarounds for broken tools. We use Closd to run our own agency every day. If something breaks, we feel it before you do.
