1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Closd (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Closd, Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
2. Description of Service
Closd provides an AI-powered customer relationship management platform designed for insurance agents and agencies. The Service includes lead management, AI-powered calling, commission tracking, quoting tools, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. AI Credits and Usage
AI features consume credits as described on the pricing page. Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional credits may be purchased separately.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse others, to transmit malware, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for compliance with applicable regulations regarding the data you store in the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Closd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
