If you took a week off, your agency would collapse. You know this.

The tools that got you to 10 agents can't take you to 50. And the agencies that figured that out are poaching yours.

It's not even that you work too much. It's that you can't stop.

You haven't finished your coffee and your phone has already buzzed forty times. An agent needs leads. Another one forgot his Americo login. A recruit you interviewed last week ghosted your onboarding call. Your top producer wants to talk override splits again. A new hire is asking what to say when a prospect brings up guaranteed approval.

You're supposed to be running a business. Instead you're answering the same five questions, all day, for different people.

And here's the part nobody says out loud.

While you're doing that, the agency down the street is running a platform. Their agents log in to one place. Their overrides calculate themselves. Their recruits onboard in twenty minutes, white-labeled, while their owner is still asleep. Their top producers are doing three hundred dials an hour and booking appointments automatically.

So when one of your guys starts getting restless, and a recruiter from that agency slides into his DMs with "we've got real infrastructure over here," you already know how that conversation ends. You've watched it happen. Maybe twice. Maybe five times. Every one of those producers took revenue with them and you're the one who has to rebuild.

That's the hamster wheel. Churn a recruit, eat a chargeback, lose an agent to a better-equipped shop, start over. You can't scale because every week you're patching a hole instead of building a floor.

I run EverGuard. Fifty-plus agents, forty-nine states. I spent years on that hamster wheel before I built Closd to run my own shop. Not as a side project. As the thing my agency actually runs on, every day. Other agency owners started asking what I was using. This is what I was using.

Here's what your Monday morning looks like on Closd.

You open one dashboard. Not seven tabs. One. We built it for you during our second call, so you didn't have to.

Your overrides are already calculated. Three tiers deep. You don't open a spreadsheet, you don't chase a commission, you don't explain the math to your agents because the math is already there and they can see it.

Recruit has three candidates waiting for you. Pre-screened. Interviewed by AI before they hit your inbox. You tap approve on the one you like and he's onboarded under your brand, your domain, your colors, by lunch. Not two weeks. Lunch.

Your top producer is already dialing. Five lines at once, no voicemails, AI skipping the dead leads so he only talks to real people. He did three hundred dials yesterday and he's on pace for four hundred today. He's not asking you for anything because he doesn't need anything. The system works.

Your new hire isn't texting you about objection handling. He's in Pitch Lab, running a roleplay with an AI prospect that's harder than anything he'll hit in the field, and it's scoring him on every answer. By the time he gets on a real call, he sounds like he's been doing this for a year.

The agent you lost last quarter to the bigger shop? He's the one getting text messages at seven in the morning now. Not you.

You show up. We build it. Your agency runs on Closd by Monday.

Twenty minutes on a first call with me. If it's a fit, my team and I set up your white-label, your commission tiers, your agent onboarding, and your lead routing, live on a build call. You don't implement Closd. We do it for you. Your team logs in Monday to a platform that already has their name on the door.

Thirty days, full refund if it's not the right fit. If your agency isn't better off at the end of the month, I'll refund every dollar.

Honest answers to the questions you actually have.

How long does onboarding actually take?

The first call with me is 20 minutes. The build call is 60-90 minutes. Your agents can be logging in the next Monday. If your agency has unusual carrier contracts or white-label needs, we schedule a second build session. No implementation takes more than a week.

What happens to our current CRM?

You export your leads and book of business as a CSV. We import them into Closd during the build call. Your pipeline carries over intact. We don't delete your old CRM. You keep access for as long as you need to cross-reference.

Will my agents actually use it?

Every feature in Closd exists because agents at my own agency refused to use the last version. The onboarding flow takes new agents through a 15-minute walkthrough and flags anyone who hasn't logged in by day three. Adoption is the problem we've spent the most time solving.

What if it doesn't work for my agency?

You get 30 days. If your agency isn't better off at the end of the month, I refund every dollar. No meeting, no exit interview, no hoops.

Do you take overrides or touch our commissions?

No. Closd is a software company, not an IMO. You keep 100% of what you earn. Your carrier contracts stay exactly where they are.

What about our data if we ever leave?

Everything exports. Leads, contacts, call records, commissions, policies. All available as CSV or JSON. We don't hold your data hostage and we never will.
